I've definitely had minor hallucinations from weed, mainly back when I first started smoking but on occasion I still get em. I'm pretty sure marijuana is a mild hallucinogen though so its natural.
I never really got like this from just regular bud, but pure synthetics like JWH-018 and AM-2201 --- I have gotten WRECKED, and had experiences that were stronger than some mushroom trips.
