Michigan May Become A Haven For Cannabis Entrepreneurs If It Learns From California's Mistakes We screwed ourselves so badly with Prop 64. This is an utter failure and disaster for California. This state is stupid with business and it's ruining one of it's most booming businesses from the legal market. So moronic it's astounding! Many of us saw this coming. Don't say we didn't warn you all.
America is a capitalist system what do you expect with legal cannabis? Whilst there's great reasons to legalize one of the shitty ones is that government cannabis is overcharged and, usually not as high as quality as homegrown. Whilist legal cannabis is still getting cheaper its still taxed heavily. The blackmarket for bud will be alive and well for at least the next 2 decades. Up until the government approved bud has most the customers like alcohol. There will be numerous warnings printed on the unnecessary child-proof packaging which liquor gets to avoid for some reason. The media will still demonize cannabis as well. Don't think legalization means normalization. Cops are still on the lookout for people with open containers, just like booze.
Say what you want about legalization but this is an absolute fucking joke that's happening in cali. The way they wrote it for Michigan is at least somewhat reasonable. Everyone has a personal right to grow 12 plants, no ban on outdoor. you pay I think 9 - 10 $k for a permanent license to grow 150 plants that anyone can get. This state is dumb as shit.
