Does anybody switch from HPS to MH at end of flower? I've been considering this because I've heard it will increase resin production. Has anyone done an actual side by side comparison
IMO you're better off to add a T5 UV light like the Agromax PureUV light for the last few weeks. MH puts out less photons compared to HPS at equal wattages.
If you do use those bulbs, which are best in class, be elmer fudd careful how long and close you run them or burn and learn the hard way like I did.
I only run them for 15 to 20 minutes at a time, for a few intervals during main lights on. No more than an hour total per day.
