well im new here, this is my first offical grow. tried flourescents before with little success. i want more of a yeild so i did my homework and got a 400w hps setup. i am buying a mh bulb sep. can i just swap the bulbs out without complication?
think it depends on your ballast some of em are HPS/MH all in 1, others aint so you need to check out the ballast/box/instructions to see if it says anything if it dont i prob wouldnt risk it, but im no expert on HID lighting so some1 else may say diff, but when it come to electricty you want really want to take chances so b carefull!! if not put up a link to your ballast on a site so some1 here can have a look & tell u
