metal halide

    Can I use metal halide lights through the entire growing process?

    Yes but it is not recommended. You would have better luck running an HPS the entire run. Flowering plants need a red spectrum.

    Well I have 2 320 watt halides and a 250 watt sodium. I am wanting to get the most productive combination of probably a 2 light setup. Right now I have some seedlings under one of the halides
