Will work good for 1 plant. Keep the light as close as you can to the plant top. You can get smaller cfl's and place around the lower part of plant for added light under the canopy.. Two of those lights for three plants if you keep them around two foot tall. Iv'e grown six plants with good results under two lights. When you start flowering get a 200 watt 2700 kelvin bulb. With the size of you tent the cfl's will not generate a lot of heat and a good choice for small area tent..
