  2. Looking nice.

  3. cheers.

the sun between the 42 and 43 parallels produce great wines in Italy and great marijuana in southern Ontario Canada.

  4. tthe prime growing real estate in California also in the same line of latitude. and frances wine grape fields. And my pot plants hehe.

the sun is key to the fat nugs. the torrential rains all through summer are a big advantage too. an hour later things dry up and return to sunshine.

prime out door growing isn't usually the first thing visitors would think of when Visiting Canada, but it can be if you choose to farm in the prime regions :)

p.s temps average an ideal 24-26 celcius through the flowering window.

as i get older however, the more I dislike winter. on the downside we can only grow things half the time, and of course, snow.

  5. Nice looking plants.

This is my first grow and I wish I had did some topping but I was worried about stressing the plant. So I let nature take it course.

Luckily I am in Sunny southern California and I am getting 12 hours direct sunlight on these ladies.

  6. my plot gets 5 1/2 hours direct sun, due to shade. but it shines on the plants durin peak hours.

  7. south cal., sorry about that. fwiw I dont top plants. it makes stress yes, and decreases the plants solar panels. photosynthesis slows down soooo, the plant is less able to do what nature intended for it to do for millions of years. Ive tried topping methods. yeilds werent as nice.

I base my growing philosophy on simply letting the plants, be plants.

supply them with ready ferts, and minerals, adjust ph if ever needed. other than that just sit back and enjoy.

  16. The California emerald triangle latitudes are roughly 39* to 41* a little below that Eastern Canada range and plant zone 8a, 8b, 9a, and 9b. Much more of your typical Mediterranean climate. But I'm sure your latitude and plant zone will be close.

    Great looking babes there.

  17. Southern Oregon is definitely in the 42*-43* area thoughand they grow some pretty decent outdoor. Especially in the Rogue River valley.

  18. yes. I was going to bring up Oregon they do grow very respectable buds out amoung the pines.

even back up more N^ into British Columbia. wich does too. I bet a lot of folks dunno Canada has tropical rain forest.

up north of toronto gets cold a lot sooner. An hour drive and even less gets frost a few weeks sooner than we.
