Does anybody else think that there's a strong possibility that the healthcare debate could include something w/ mmj or decriminalization?
They are saying he is going to discuss something radically different, so maybe. Saying that though, with the last public statement he gave on cannabis I would highly doubt it, but it would be rad if he did. I will be watching on the 9th just to see exactly what is going on though. He did call a joint session of congress so I am hoping it is something important.
