Medical Marijuana Anti-Discrimination Bill Introduced In California nothin ground breaking but still a step in the right direction as far as i am concerned
The summary on that page makes it sound like it will be illegal to discriminate against ANY marijuana usage. Which is awesome.
i'd still use synthetic urine for a test. all an employer would have to do is say he's firing u for a different reason. plus, what about the break they get with their insurance for testing, their not gonna be too happy about losing that i imagine.
