I turned 18 .a month ago and I personally I dont want to get bud off my friends anymore because I been skimped for and my bud has been laced multiple times :/. I go city to city to pick up, an its so dumb cus there are 5 shops near my house, so I was thinking on getting a card so I wouldnt go far just walk I would like to know the disadvantages on having one .. ? I also heard you need SSN to get one? Pals :c I dont know can you guys help me. Thank you
