maybe stupid question

  1. i asked in the beginners forum but nobody could answer, and maybe somebody could let me know before i waste time, money, and plants

i like the idea of growing on my patio outside but the overhang from the roof would block half of the day's light. would it work to have the plant outside and to set up reflective mylar to direct light at the plant during the hours it would be shaded?

  2. I don't see any reason it wouldn't work. You would just want to be careful about creating a major hotspot. Keep track of the temps and you won't have a problem.

  3. alright thanks

  4. wouldn't it be kinda obvious to anyone walking past?
