Any blades experts at math? I'm talking about solving formulas for variables, I'm currently in the middle of homework and need help in solving these questions. This is algebra btw. Here's some of the questions: A = 1/2bh solve for h A = 1/2 bh solve for b M = 740 solve for A If you guys know this, please help me lol.
2A/b=h (i divided each side by b and then multiplied each side by 2) 2A/h=b (i multiplied each side by 2 and then divided each side by h) for the 3rd equation i think you made a mistake because i see no "A" in it

First one says solve for h, which means isolate h on one side of the equation. so if it's A = 1/2bh, multiply both sides by 2 to get 2A = bh, then divide both sides by b to get 2A/b = h Faramir nailed it already.
Yeah once he explained that I had to multiply both sides then divide then I understandedhow he got the answer, I just hope my teacher doesn't fuck me over with over-complicated problems on my test she does this on purpose
solve for h divide by b & 1/2. 2(a/b)=h solve for b divide by h & 1/2. 2(a/h)=b solve for a M=A/740 multiple by 740. A=740M

I went had a C in business calculus at my university(hard as fuck) and the final was in 2 weeks I had no idea what was going on and I'm really good at math but the way my old ass teacher taught I just couldn't grasp it. I thought I was gonna fail but I looked at teachers on YouTube and pretty much learned a whole semesters worth of calculus that I didn't understand and got a A on the final exam and went from border line failing the course to a A, even though I failed every test before. The man who saved me was known as brainstorm. He teaches all levels of math and goes chapter by chapter
