It definitely a pre-flower but they are very seldom proof of sex. You will need to flip to be certain and the longer it takes the better the chance its a girl. A boy can show in as little as 5 days or so and a girl can take 2 weeks sometimes. Those numbers are not concrete. You just need to flip and run with it.
