It's a little too blurry but I think I can make out the 2 white hairs that would make you the parent of a girl.

 

Its way to hard to make out do you see hairs or balls??

I see what could be white hairs but the picture is too blurry, if you are able too you should take a better picture, but from the picture i dont see any balls but its hard to make out white hairs.
