i have no money but want to grow properly and have decent weed so my buddy wants to sell me a halgen bulb(200 watts) and a hps light(250 watts) i plan to grow 1-2 plants so will these be decent as i understand i use the halogens for veg stage and hps for flower or can hps be used for both? im trading my gamecube( which i love so much ) for these is that a good deal? im giving him the same package he can get in stores so its worth about 139.99 cnd
