I'm hoping someone who has wired these up before can give me a hand. I'm planning on building 2 hoods with roughly 50 1 watt luxeons. Ok well i actually lied im looking to wire up 2 of these. I was curious about what kind of power supply i would need to either run just 1 of them or to run all 100 luxeons.
Goto www.instructables.com and do search for "led", sometime ago i found a tutorial in hoking led in series or parallel, and also the resistor calculation for V+ down, surely u will find it. u will need a dc power supply with a good wattage ()maybe 20 Amp. not sure
you could also skip making one and go to: http://www.luxeonics.com/onlinestore/DigiBulb/Luxeon/ac/INT-LX-DB-E27-30-1W.htm You can get bulbs with the lcd in it and they are waterproof.
