Lst or topping?

    Have a set-up with 4 plants in 6" diameter pots in a box that is 2 stacked rubbermaids.

    Should I just top my plants, or try to lst them??

    I have room for my plants to get about 1 foot tall or maybe a few inches over a foot

    Hi..

    While I am not a fan of LSTing, with the limited amount of vertical space you have, that would be the way to go. Personally I FIM my girls, but I have 7' in height.

    Remember that your plants will double or even triple in size when you put them into flower.

    My suggestion is fim and lst, If you have limited space this will encourage side growth. As WhobeBoo stated they WILL grow 2x or 3x the size in the first 30 days of flower before putting the energy into bud production. Good luck.
