It's not bad if you do that once. If you do it twice every week, it's pretty bad. It's best to wait 4-6 weeks between trips so the levels of chemicals in your brain don't get fucked up too much. I know it goes for shrooms, and i think for acid too.
Permanent loss of vital brain functions, spinal bleeding, development of extra chromosomes... You've ruined your life, hope the couple hours of fun is worth it in 10 years when you're on dialysis bleeding from your eyeballs and scrotum.

Its better to wait a week or two in between. I've done a lot more than that in a week's time, you're def gonna be fine
