Welcome blades to my second closet grow, With great pleasure I'm proud to announce the start of my first ever photoperiod closet, the plans for this closet have been in the works for a couple months now. And I'm so happy to finally have everything picked out and ordered and ready to go soon. I will be using Mars-Hydro LED's and using Greentree organic soil, along with Nectar for the Gods organic nutrient line. I will be using 3 gallon pots and be growing in a 5'hx3'wx7'l closet. Going to be running multiple strains, will post the list up. Going to try and fit 12-16 pots in the closet. *will hopefully be posting links to my YouTube channel with video updates, advice and general discussions. Got the pots ready today with a layer of perlite about an inch thick on the bottom then filled the rest with soil. Managed to fill 14 pots for now but may try to squeeze a few more in there.

I just have my 300w and 400w lights from my auto closet in there for now. I'm waiting for my two 1200w lights to come in to replace it. Haha I can't wait!!!! This run should be an amazing one, that's for sure.
So took on the challenge of making a door to my grow closet in my old and uneven house. The years really show in the completely tilted doorways and slanted floors haha. Pretty much same design as my auto closet door, only cost me 20 dollars so not too bad. Grabbed some hinges for around 7 dollars and the lock was 4 dollars, wood was 9 dollars.l

thanks man haha and yeah I use the tiles to reduce sound and insulate it a little Better underneath the tiles is waterproof plastic sheeting.

thanks brother, it only tells the fan when to turn off or on depending on the temp. I did however install a fan speed controller to have the option to control the speed. don't have the top vent in yet. Soon though.
So BIG NEWS haha seeds came in.......seeds went in the dirt.......now the fun begins!!!!!! Starting with 5 lemon kush, 1 ak confidential, 1 white widow, 1 white rhino, 1 cheese, 1 blueberry, 1 money maker, 1 train wreck, 1 og kush, 1 cookies kush. All are under 1 Mars hydro 300w and 1 400w for now until i get my 2 1200's in.

About 10 out of 14 seeds are already emerging from the soil. So far so good. Can't wait put the 2 1200w in tomorrow!
Temps are a bit out of control even with the best possible setup my fans just are not powerful enough for these LED's. Temps when left alone stay around 95. I'm not too worried cause the sprouts are so small but I just ordered new fans that are twice as powerful. Hopefully they help, cause come summertime my baby's will frying I don't get this fixed!!! Right now I'm leaving the door open to keep temps down and everything's looking nice. Had a 100% sprout rate, one is still trying to make it but it might die soon if it doesn't root correctly. these Mars hydro 1200w LED's are insane haha
