I have been smoking for about 2 years 4 to 7 times a week in the last year. Then over the summer multiple times a day like 2 to 4 times and have built up quite the tolerance I still get high just my highs only last 20 to 30 minutes now.. Do I have to take an extended break or could I just start smoking on Tuesday and Fridays would that gradually lower my tolerance and how long would that take Sent from my iPhone using Grasscity Forum
