Your pH in rockwool and the soil are going to be very different. In soil it's closer rto 6.5 in Rock wool it's closer to 5.5. Make sure thats where it is and if not get it there. 3 tbs tablespoons sounds like a lot unless that fert is an organic micro nutrient fert or something. And last be very careful. White widow is very nute sensitive.
