can you get any more specific about what you're looking for? i know EHLE makes some smaller straight tubes for around that price, but some people are more into beaker bottoms. also, if you're not dead set on a bong, the glasscity bubbler is $125, and you could use the sale that's goign on now to get it for around your price range.
Just a normal bong with maybe a precooler and like 2 chambers? I just want a nice one that won't real on me.
