Any blade will usually point you in the direction of a Space Case with a pollen collector. I would recommend either this or a Sharpstone. Both of which could probably be found with a quick google search or a trip to the headshop.
If you want to develop a quarter a day habit, buy an electric coffee grinder... LOL I've had so many friends just disappear for months at a time because they get a good dealer and a good electric grinder. The one I've got is the little silver one (I've nicknamed it bob) with three compartments. http://www.bolinat.com/unique/products/reg/9218.jpg looks like that. You just want to make sure the holes in the top are the right size, the spikes in it will grind the herb fine enough and the kief mesh in the bottom should be super fine. Cheapest is usually pretty good. That's a great price. I paid $25 for my EZ Grind...well worth it though. Pretty similar to the Sharpstone you're looking at, but not as nice.
