Hi, I'm looking to spend $150 max, including shipping for a bong setup with an inline precooler if possible. I'd like for the bong to be some what big, at least 14-15 inches. Any reccomendations?

your choices are pretty limited there. You can get a few inline a/c's alone in that price range, but there aren't many options for a tube and the A/C for 150. You can get something like shady-d posted, or if possible I would save up more and spend about twice that for a decent setup. To be honest you would get a better hit buying something without an A/C for now and adding it later than by buying an inexpensive tube with a crappy inline on it, however..if you just want something with an inline A/C then go for it.
