That looks like a crazy deal man. I just ordered a bong off grasscity for $30 shipped, and honestly, its not anywhere near as nice as that one.

 

I mean it's a $30 bong so I wouldn't expect much haha. If it functions I'd say you got your moneys worth.

As long as the glass is clean, I wouldn't worry about the police bothering you. Most officers, especially in that area, don't care about you buying a bong, they care about themselves or any other countrymen getting capped.

 

I'd be very surprised if you got jacked over a 30 dollar bong. I'd jump on that before someone else does!
