Long Cuttings

Discussion in 'Advanced Growing Techniques' started by killraven, Dec 26, 2012.

  1. I have a lot of really long secondary shoots that won't fit inside my humidity dome, would it be okay to cut them off and then make another cut halfway up or so in order for them to fit inside the dome?

It seems like a stupid question but I've never trimmed up my clones like that and I'm a bit worried they'll all die; so if anyone could share they're experience on the subject it would put my mind at ease.

  2. Make a new 45 cut further up

  3. I didn't think it would be much of a problem but wanted to check before I did anything. Thanks for the advice again BYOweed, you gave me your opinion on a nutrient deficiency a few weeks ago. You ended up being right about the nutrients to treat it with too.
