Anyone have a soil distributer in there area that claims to have "biologically" alive soil? This guy told me that i only give his soil water the whole year, and every year just amend it with more of his soil. It runs about 200 a yard, but from what I hear its the best. Can it really be though? Water only? Never have to make a feed? ( He does say a compost tea every 2-4 weeks ) I do know someone who used it with water only and pulled 6 pounds out of 1.5 yards.. Just blows my mind.. Water only... No feeding.. All year...
You can make the same soil yourself for less $. There's about a dozen or more excellent soil recipes in the Organic Section.
