Little red eggs? pics

Discussion in 'Sick Plants and Problems' started by redfender, Mar 17, 2007.

  1. I was examining my plant today and noticed 3 little red balls on the leaf petioles. I tried to scrape 2 off with a knife onto a piece of paper but lost them, then I cut off the leaf and looked the at third one under a microscope. It looks like it hatched and is now on the run. Any ideas anybody?

  2. THC worm eggs?

  3. hard to tell the size of the eggs in these pics

spidermites eggs can be red and only the size of a grain of sand, however since there are only 3 eggs I believe they are caterpillar eggs especially if they are approx. 1 cm in diameter.

if it was approx 1 cm ...look for more eggs .....they will eat the plants
