No. This is a long but small pot for 3 plants.(Which are the less good strain) I have other better strains in normal pots.
lack of drainage is an issue. the great part about coco is it's ability to drain (if of course you aren't trying to grow in a sealed container) and the opportunity to water often replenishing the medium with fresh balanced nutrients as well as fresh water that provides oxygen. those plants are in effect suffocating.
first, only one plant per pot. Second, it doesn't look like you are watering your whole pot of soil. Make sure to water the entire pot thoroughly! Third, I would cut some wholes in the bottom for some drainage, the roots need to breathe a little

Well lucky for you that that's the only plant that looks like complete shit. Lack of drainage causes root rot and suffocates the plant, and could very well be why that thing is doing so poorly. You have no idea as to your ph, no drainage, and aren't using the media to it's advantages. Expect problems.
