Last march or so me and my friends were having a party at this other kids house, and i ended up having a seizure and this one guy left and ended up getting busted for underage. About a half hour ago the sheriff comes rollin up to my house and asks for my name and hands me papers and says call the number on it if you have a question and leaves. Now iv tried reaching both the other kid who got in trouble and his lawyer wouldnt asnwer the number on the court paper. Now my question is am i gonna need a lawyer if im being called for a defendant/witness?
