I am going to be germinating seeds within the next week or so. I am planning on transplanting outdoors about 2-3 weeks after germination. Would you guys recommend this as the way to go (and if so what should I use for lights?), or to simply plant the seeds outdoors once they have germinated? Thanks
Yea I think it would be a good way to go but before you take them outdoor youll need to slowly introduce them to the weather by placing them outside for a few hours every day for 5-7 days increasing hours each time or it could shock them. How many are you planing to do? If just a few then I'd say you would be fine just going cheap with a small shop light or two that uses CFLs. If your planing to grow quite a few of them I would just go straight to the outdoors once they have germinated.
