i have been searching my house and found two 40 watt cool white fluros i also have two day light and two soft white white both wattage around 20 watts. i was also giving a 12x12 in led panel! i want to know the best ways to use these lights and what stages i should use them in. flowering or veg...... please help this will be one of my first grows and want to get some good advice
