So i see people use 300w MH or something else to Veg and switch to 1000w HPS to flower..... Is there a reason are other lights better that they dont even need to be 1000w? Cuz im planning on getting 600w HPS but if smarter to get a seperate light to Veg i will
its all about the spectrum the light puts out. MH is used for veg since the ideal kelvin rating for that is around 5000-6500k. and a HPS is used for flowering because it puts out closer to the 2700k which is better for flowering.
