    How much space does a 400 watt hps or mh cover ? How many plants can i grow with that?

    Think ...about 50w per sq. ft.,,,2'x4',,,but,,,,3'x4-5' max works fine..for 2 good plants....

    also for Sea of Green you will need 3000 lumens per sq foot.

    OK thank you. Now what is a good strain that is short and a high yielder?
