as close as poss without burning them. if u can hold the tubes and there cool to the touch then the plants can even touch the tubes(not recomended 4 seedlings).
Thanx u guys! About 13 hours ago i noticed that the lights do not get hot on the tubular side they are cool so i put them almost right next to the plant but still with some space inbetween, since its always under constant light does that mean its growing constantly? And is an 8 gallon pot too big for a seedling?
yes it will be growing all the time..........and a big pot is fine for it.........it will benefit more when it's older, due to the room for the roots to grow in.............Peace out.........Sid
