I just bought a new light bulb to put into my lamp and it barely lights up. Maybe as bright as a phone screen. The light bulb I bought is a 400w philips metal halide m59/e. The bulb I had was a 400w m59/s made by sylvania and it warmed up in a few min. Am I stupid? Probably. But I still want to grow. Help
