Okay so my plants just a lil over a month old but there bot even 11in tall I believe its a light problem I just have a fl light but I wanna ask out of the 3 I'm thinking of getting what is the best 1 HPS 2 solar light witch is a mercury vapor light that give off natural sun light or 3 a regular plant growing light like one made just for growing plants. Plz let me know 1 2 or 3
