Light left on too long during flowering?

    Sup gc, quick question,

    timer fused and my lights where left on for an hour too long, week 6 of flowering. is this gunna stress out my ladies bad enough to hermie or cause problems? Its probably nothing, but just wanted a second opinion. The lights have been on too long before, but only by 10-15 mins.

    Can i just continue my 12/12 as i have been doing and be all good?

    If its only an hour u should be fine dude just try to avoid it in the future
