Light Cycle When In Full Flower Mode

  1. Hello,

I have a question about what light cycle to use for two full flowering (Buddha) 100% Sativa strain plants. All of my experience has been with Auto-flowers until this grow.

The plants went outdoors after germination and remained there for 2-3 months. They were getting really tall so brought them indoors to induce flowering. They soon went into flowering mode where I discovered a male which I quickly disposed of. I the remaining two females bent over and trained/tied with all flowering branches facing up to the lights. I am using a 300 Watt HPS light with cool tube, hood, and fan, also have two 65Watt warm CFL's. The plants are doing great, flowers are getting fuller and some pistils are turning golden brown. My question is can I go to an 18/6 or even a 24/0 light cycle (as I would with an Auto-flower) now that both plants are fully flowering or will it cause the plants to try and go back into vegetative mode.

Thanks in advance for the help.
    Cheers
