light bulb watt grow, please help

    i just started out my seeds under a lightbulb fixture on my ceiling in my closet, its one of those twisty cfl bulbs i think they call it, my grow pot is about a foot away from the light beacause its on a shelf right under the bulb in my closet,wondering if this light will be suitible for one seed to grow for about a week before i get a better light for my grow and will it sprout properly and what is the wattage on those bulbs if you know, thank you in advance for the help ill mostlikely reply to your comments.
    BTW i am only using one bulb not two beacause of the socket setup
