I was on artofmanliness.com looking for some new workout ideas and I came across this 5 Fitness Benchmarks Every Man Must Master | The Art of Manliness and damn! some of it doesn't seem to bad, like the running and jumping part I could do, but 25 pull-ups and 25 dips seems like a lot to me, thee only time I could do 25 pull ups was when I was training to do 25 pull ups. Am I just not manly or do you guys also think that criterias pretty tough?
I'd say it's a little much, but it's another goal to aim for. Cool site, I'm gonna have to look at the rest of it.
