    Hey guys quick question I have a 39*39*79in grow tent. Can I use a inline duct fan for exhaust or do I need a high velocity fan?

    Off topic but I have a question about my light. Yesterday the light ran fine today I turned it on and only the little bulb in the middle lit up. I left it for hours came back and still just the middle part it's the mh conversion bulb both ballast and bulb are less then a month old.

    Inline duct fans are quite dissapointing.
    Get a high velocity fan and a speed controller

    Damn. Didn't want to spend that much but I guess I have too any advice on my light problem?

    Likey faulty bulb.

    Some hydro shops will have used equipments for sale. This could save you a bundle on a fan.

    To save coin? Sure why not.
    I bought mine used for a fraction. Best of all we tried it before I bought. So I could hear if the bearings/motor made noise or got hot.
    They are pretty basic and not much to fail on them.
