When California legalized Medical Marijuana, It was the first state to do so. Now there are 12 states with legal Medical Marijuana. When the new initiative that Jack Herer and I filed on October 1st gets on the ballot, The people of California are sure to pass it (as long as there are no electronic voting machines) When it passes then other states will fall in line. So everyone out there who really cares about changing our laws against pot should pack up their truck and move to California. You can register to vote and then you can help collect signatures of registered voters. When we collect 750,000 signatures of registered voters, then the initiative gets on the ballot.
