Legal to smoke in backyard in California?

    I have my medical marijuana license, and I was wondering if it's legal to smoke in my backyard.... I have a6 foot tall fence but is it legal? It IS Mt property, I just wanted to make sure because I wasn't really informed of the what to do's and what not to do's... So can anyone help me out? Thanks a lot!!

    hes not smoking in public dude. Yes you are allowed to smoke in your backyard. i do it all the time without a meidcl marijuana license

    Yes, i callled our local PD in Amer Cnyn. They said as long as we are on our own property ,the back yard is fine.
