not to be a spoil sport but... S2774-2011 - NY Senate Open Legislation - Legalizes the possession, manufacture, use, delivery, transfer, transport or administration of marihuana by a certified patient or designated caregiver - New York State Senate i signed it anyway
yeah i dont mean to be a hypocrite but that pisses me off.. they pass one "taboo" but keep another illegal
I live in New York and I'm all for legalizing medical cannabis but I'm pretty skeptical of the legitimacy of that website. I am positive that it doesn't actually affect the state of medical marijuana in New York.
