For those of us currently living in Texas who desperately want to be in the Cannabis industry legally what are our options ? All that really comes to mind for me is an online headshop or grow store. I’m not sure if a website selling CBD oil would be legal to run here. Any ideas ? Thanks for your input.
What are you already good at doing? In your state, I would probably stick to the ancillary jobs, which are the jobs that don't touch the plant. Tourism, education, building grow houses, selling hydroponics, childproof packaging, etc.... but if you are dead set on working with the plant, listen to everyone of these podcasts to learn about the industry and then figure out where you might do best in your state.
