led screw bulbs

    I see in the stores that there is new design in bulbs

    theres led bulbs that screw in a regular light socket
    the bulbs are led but are incased in a regular incadesant light bulb shape

    do people use these new bulbs I need one for seedlings
    what spectrum should I be looking for

    I use this TaoTronic for first 7-10 days.

    5000K-6500K for seedlings, and yep they work great. ~15W/ft2 (+/-7W) is a decent target for veg (not equivalent wattage, but true, actual wattage).

    how close can I get the bulb to the seedling
