I have 4 of these kits in a 5x5 tent and they out do 1200 watts of HPS by close to 2X. Check my journal in my sig to see em' growing. 3Lbs+ every cut in pure hydro www.alibaba.com/product-detail/Meijiu-Top-Quality-Quantum-240W-Board_62085492201.html?spm=a2700.12243863.0.0.2ce83e5f3InsPF
Another thumbs up for lights thru Alibaba ... personally like the stuff from Kingbrite. I run 3 of 320watt 3 panel QBs... 960 LED watts in my 5x5 for your $1200 budget you could get 6 of them! For a multitude of reasons, my favorite light is the Autocob (www.cobshop.net) I have a couple quantum boards too. They are good as well. I don't like them as much as my Autocobs though.
I've pulled 1.6 GPH or so, not that hard. on a 4x8 with good lights and hydro, I'd expect to get 5lbs strain dependent of course. And probably more with good managment
Greetings, I need to pull the trigger soon on lights for my flower room. 4'x10' DWC perpetual grow, 2 plants per 27gal tote, 6 total plants(3 totes) in flower at a time. I'd like to get half the room lit ASAP. Here are my current questions based on the above posts: 1. what are the pros/cons of 4 boards at 240w VS 3 boards at 320w 2. when it comes to lighting the other half of the room will i need another driver or can/should I order the driver for my 1st light with the expansion in mind. Thanks
