Lab piss test questions

     I'm going to apply for my job soon and my friend told me that they tell you an address and you go to it to take a piss test and the results come back 2 days later. I've done a little forum browsing and i saw that someone said that detoxes don't work when it comes to lab tests is this true?
     I'm 6,2 155 lb and exercise a decent amount depending on the day how many days would i need to wait before i could pass this test if i were to exercise and sweat everyday drink 8+ cups of water a day and had a healthy diet if that had anything to do with it.   The detox i am using is Sony 7
