LA City Council To Amend Marijuana Ordinance. Join Us!

Discussion in 'Medical Marijuana Usage and Applications' started by resipsa, Oct 12, 2010.

  1. Currently The Los Angeles City Attorney's Office is suing approximately 135 pre-ICO registered dispensaries, claiming they are ineligible to operate because they have experienced additions, subtractions or substitutions in their management teams, even though the original founders are still part of these organizations.

This is just the latest salvo in the City Attorney's efforts to destroy the dispensary movement in Los Angeles.

As many of you are aware, Janice Hahn and Paul Koretz are trying to amend the Los Angeles Medical Marijuana Ordinance so that the pre-ICO's currently being sued by the city over changes in management will be able to go forward with their permitting process.

This very important motion will be read in City Council THIS WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 13TH Please come down and support your movement. We really need to show the City Council that we support this motion.
